But the righteous can't access it because they are still operating on wicked terms, and don’t even realize it.

This was the exact lesson Jesus gave His disciples when He sent them out:
“Take nothing for the journey—no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt.” (Luke 9:3)
He wasn’t setting them up to suffer. He was positioning them to experience supernatural supply.
And later, when He asked them,
“When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals, did you lack anything?”
They answered, “Nothing.” (Luke 22:35)
This wasn’t about poverty. It was about jurisdiction.
Because the moment you stop claiming ownership, you remove your resources from the world’s grasp… and place them under God’s.
